1. The examinee, having arrived to take an exam, must:

 

• provide the employee with his/her personal identity document;
• take a sit in a separate place intended for the examinee. The forename and surname of the examinee are displayed on the computer monitor screen. If the examinee took a sit in the place other than that intended for him/her, the examinee can move to the place intended for him/her only after having notified the employee thereof;
• during the exam, the examinee cannot have and keep on the table and/or chair personal belongings, such as bracelets, watches, photo cameras, mobile communication devices and other means of receiving, transmitting and/or recording information, cannot wear a jacket, hat or other headgear. With the permission of the senior driver examination specialist or the employee of the branch of the State Enterprise "Regitra", the examinee may be allowed to wear a headgear during the exam for aesthetic, medical or religious reasons;
• not use, during the exam, literature, glasses (unless they are for vision correction only), photo cameras, mobile communication devices and other means of receiving, transmitting and recording information (except for medical reasons, for example, hearing aids), not disturb other people or talk to them, and the examinee must, at the request of the employee, show if he/she has means of receiving, transmitting and recording information using which is prohibited during the exam.

 

2. After taking the exam, the examinee has the right:

 

• make himself/herself familiar, in the exam class, with the exam test assessment which is displayed on the computer monitor screen;
• get information about the exam result on the Driver Portal of the "Regitra";
• to obtain a certificate on the passed or failed theory test (hereinafter – the certificate) from the Driver Examination Centre of the "Regitra" in which the examinee took the examination. The certificate may be awarded to the examinee by the employee after all the examinees in the group in which the examinee took the exam have finished taking the exam, or by another employee authorized by "Regitra" when the examinee leaves the exam class.

 

3. If the examinee fails to comply with the requirements set out in point 1:

 

• before starting the test – the employee does not allow the examinee to start the test;
• during the test – the employee stops the exam and assesses the exam negatively;
• upon completion of test – the employee assesses the exam negatively;
• re-registration for the theory exam is allowed not earlier than after one year.

1. The theory test consists of 30 general questions. Additional (specific) questions are added to some groups of categories:

 

• to the group of categories A – 5 additional questions;
• to the groups of categories C and D (T) – 10 additional questions to each group.

 

2. The theory test is considered passed if at least 80% of the questions are answered correctly within the allocated time. As many minutes as there are questions in the test are allocated for the test to solve.

 

3. The theory test is intended to evaluate whether the examinee:

 

• is able to remember and recognize the requirement or concept when hints and paraphrased description are provided;
• is able to apply the Road traffic rules in specific traffic situations;
• realizes the situation on the road – is able to identify the factors that may affect traffic safety;
• understands his own interests and/or those of other road users and the consequences of the behaviour on the road - is able to decide, on the basis of the actions of road users, as to how safe is the behaviour of road users and what are the potential consequences of such behaviour.

 

4. When the examinee's perception of the situation on the road is evaluated, this evaluation also includes the knowledge of the application of the rules and the content of the requirements.

 

5. When the understanding of own interests and those of other road users and of consequences of behaviour on the road are being evaluated, this evaluation also includes awareness of the situation on the road.

1. Egzaminuojamasis, atvykęs į egzaminą, turi:

 

• Pateikti darbuotojui asmens tapatybę patvirtinantį dokumentą.
• Atsisėsti į jam skirtą atskirą vietą. Egzaminuojamojo vardas ir pavardė rodomi kompiuterio monitoriaus ekrane. Jei egzaminuojamasis atsisėdo į ne jam skirtą vietą, persėsti į jam skirtą vietą gali tik apie tai įspėjęs darbuotoją.
• Egzamino metu su savimi neturėti bei ant stalo ir (arba) kėdės nelaikyti asmeninių daiktų (apyrankių, laikrodžių, fotoaparatų, mobiliojo ryšio bei kitų informacijos priėmimo, perdavimo ir (ar) įrašymo priemonių), nedėvėti striukės, kepurės ar kito galvos apdangalo. „Regitros“ filialo vairuotojų egzaminavimo vyresniojo specialisto arba darbuotojo leidimu egzaminuojamajam gali būti leidžiama dėvėti galvos apdangalą egzamino metu dėl estetinių, medicininių ar religinių priežasčių.
• Egzamino metu nesinaudoti literatūra, akiniais (jei jie nėra skirti tik regėjimo korekcijai), fotoaparatais, mobiliojo ryšio bei kitomis informacijos priėmimo ir perdavimo, įrašymo priemonėmis (išskyrus dėl medicininių priežasčių, pvz., klausos aparatai), netrukdyti ir nesikalbėti su kitais asmenimis, o darbuotojui paprašius, parodyti, ar neturi egzamino metu draudžiamų naudoti informacijos priėmimo, perdavimo ir (ar) įrašymo priemonių.

 

2. Egzaminuojamasis, baigęs laikyti egzaminą, turi teisę:

 

• Egzaminų klasėje susipažinti su egzamino testo įvertinimu, kuris parodomas kompiuterio monitoriaus ekrane.
• Gauti informaciją apie egzamino rezultatą „Regitros“ Vairuotojų portale.
• „Regitros“ vairuotojų egzaminavimo centre, kuriame laikė egzaminą, gauti pažymą apie išlaikytą ar neišlaikytą teorijos egzaminą (toliau – pažyma). Pažymą egzaminuojamajam gali įteikti darbuotojas, kai egzaminą baigia laikyti visi grupės, kurioje egzaminuojamasis laikė egzaminą, egzaminuojamieji, arba kitas „Regitros“ įgaliotas darbuotojas, kai egzaminuojamasis išeina iš egzaminų klasės.

 

3. Jei egzaminuojamasis nesilaiko pirmajame punkte nustatytų reikalavimų:

 

• Nepradėjus spręsti testo – darbuotojas jam neleidžia pradėti spręsti testo.
• Sprendžiant testą – darbuotojas egzaminą nutraukia ir įvertina neigiamai.
• Baigus spręsti testą – darbuotojas egzaminą įvertina neigiamai.
• Pakartotinai registruotis laikyti teorijos egzaminą leidžiama ne anksčiau kaip po vienerių metų.

1. Teorijos egzaminas susideda iš 30 bendrųjų klausimų. Kai kurioms kategorijų grupėms prisideda papildomi (specifiniai) klausimai:

 

• A kategorijų grupei – 5 papildomi klausimai;
• C ir D (T) kategorijų grupėms  – po 10 papildomų klausimų.

 

2. Teorijos egzaminas laikomas išlaikytu, jei per skirtą laiką teisingai atsakoma į ne mažiau kaip 80 proc. klausimų. Testui spręsti skiriama tiek minučių, kiek teste yra klausimų.

Teigiamas teorijos egzamino rezultatas galioja iki bus išlaikytas praktikos egzaminas, bet ne ilgiau kaip vienerius metus.

 

3. Teorijos egzamino metu yra vertinama, ar egzaminuojamasis:

 

• sugeba atsiminti, atpažinti reikalavimą ar sąvoką, kai pateikiamos užuominos, perfrazuotas apibūdinimas;
• sugeba pritaikyti Kelių eismo taisykles konkrečiose eismo situacijose;
• suvokia situaciją kelyje – sugeba atskirti veiksnius, kurie gali turėti įtakos saugiam eismui;
• supranta savo ir (arba) kitų eismo dalyvių interesus bei elgesio kelyje pasekmes – sugeba pagal eismo dalyvių veiksmus spręsti apie tai, kiek eismo dalyvių elgesys yra saugus ir kokios gali būti tokio elgesio pasekmės.

 

4. Kai vertinamas situacijos kelyje suvokimas, šis vertinimas apima ir taisyklių taikymo bei reikalavimų turinio žinojimą.

 

5. Kai vertinamas savo ir (arba) kitų eismo dalyvių interesų bei elgesio kelyje pasekmių supratimas, šis vertinimas apima ir situacijos kelyje suvokimą.
